Ashleigh Benson

Occupational Therapist

I am a northern Virginia native growing up in Prince William County. I received a bachelors of science in Biobehavioral Health in 2016 from Penn State University. I later received my master’s of science in occupational therapy from Howard University in 2018.  I have experience working with people across the lifespan, from infants to older adults. I believe that an activity based model is the best way to help people reach their goals. I find out what my clients want to be able to do and help them obtain and build the skills to be independent and confident in their desired activities. Life is about living and doing the things we love.
